RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. DIGITAL SERVICE CLASSIFICATION

All offerings constitute digital educational services delivered electronically.

Access constitutes delivery.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be considered only:

• If requested prior to first class
• If technical access failure is verified

3. NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS

Refunds shall NOT be granted:

• After attending any class
• After accessing recorded content
• For partial participation
• For change of mind

4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

• Cancellation applies prospectively.
• No prorated refunds unless mandated by law.

5. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Legal recovery action

6. PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds processed within 7–14 business days.

7. LEGAL ENFORCEABILITY

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and is legally binding.
