TERMS OF SERVICE

1. LEGAL AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ashish Patel Atelier governing use of the Platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• Users must be legally competent.
• Minors require parental consent.
• Teachers must hold valid Zoom licenses.

3. LICENSE TO USE PLATFORM

We grant a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access content for personal educational use only.

No redistribution permitted.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials including:

• Videos
• Artwork
• Curriculum
• Drawings
• Diagrams
• Teaching methodology

Remain exclusive property of Ashish Patel Atelier.

Unauthorized reproduction is actionable under Indian Copyright Law.

5. LIVE CLASS CONDUCT

Users agree to:

• Maintain respectful behavior
• Avoid disruption
• Not share meeting links
• Not record independently

Violation may result in termination without refund.

6. RECORDINGS & CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All recordings remain our intellectual property.

Students receive viewing rights only.

7. PAYMENTS & FEES

Fees must be paid in advance.

Failure to pay may suspend access.

All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions
• Internet failures
• Third-party platform outages
• Indirect or consequential damages

9. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ashish Patel Atelier from any claims arising from misuse of the Platform.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Policy violation
• Misconduct
• Abuse
• Non-payment

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

All disputes shall be subject to courts in India.
